We want you to love your Travelodge Dreamer™ mattress. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s everything you need to know.
If you change your mind, you can return your mattress under your statutory rights. Simply arrange delivery back to us with the mattress in its original, unused condition, and we’ll process your refund promptly.
If you’ve changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the return or collection cost. If the mattress is faulty or damaged, Sleepeezee will cover all return costs.
Once your return is inspected, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Delivery charges are only refunded if the item is faulty or sent in error.
Contact us right away with photos. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost to you.
