We want you to love your Travelodge Dreamer™ mattress. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s everything you need to know.

If I change my mind can I return the Travelodge Dreamer™?

If you change your mind, you can return your mattress under your statutory rights. Simply arrange delivery back to us with the mattress in its original, unused condition, and we’ll process your refund promptly.

Who pays for return delivery?

If you’ve changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the return or collection cost. If the mattress is faulty or damaged, Sleepeezee will cover all return costs.

How do refunds work?

Once your return is inspected, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Delivery charges are only refunded if the item is faulty or sent in error.

What if my mattress arrives faulty or damaged?

Contact us right away with photos. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost to you.

Are there items I can’t return?

Used or soiled mattresses, or any custom-made or altered items. Please read our terms and conditions for further returns information.
